When I was working in the medical field building a second income in real estate, I started meeting homeowners in foreclosure.
Many were $20K–$30K behind, yet had over $100K in equity. Their hardship was over, but their mortgage company still wouldn’t work with them.
That’s when I met Jeff — who lost his home in 2008, on his birthday, with $200K in equity and no one to help.
