Our Story — And How We Can Help You Stay in Your Home

When I was still working in the medical field, I started looking for a second source of income. That’s when I began meeting homeowners facing foreclosure.

What shocked me was how many of them were $20K–$30K behind on their mortgage… yet had over $100K in home equity. Their hardship was over, they wanted to keep their homes, but their mortgage company wouldn’t work with them.

To me, that was wrong.

These homeowners had no real options other than bankruptcy or selling their home just to stop the foreclosure. I couldn’t shake the feeling — there had to be another way.

In late 2022, I met Jeff Lofstead. Jeff had lived this nightmare. In 2008, he lost his home to foreclosure — on his birthday — even though he had over $200K in equity. Jeff had been a Realtor for years and still couldn’t find anyone to help him in time. That experience made him deeply empathetic to every struggling homeowner we met.

Together, we made it our mission: Help homeowners stay in their homes.

We tried everything — loan modifications, hiring companies, endless calls with mortgage servicers and foreclosure attorneys. After months of hitting dead ends, we learned the hard truth:

The only 100% certain way to stop foreclosure and keep a home is to reinstate the mortgage.

That’s when we started searching for investors who would lend in these situations. Little by little, we built a network and launched our Emergency Reinstatement Loan Program.

Then life took another turn. Jeff was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer that had already spread to his bones and lymph nodes before it was even detected. He fought for over a year and got to see his dream come alive — 18 homeowners saved in the second half of 2023.

Jeff passed away in February 2024, but his mission didn’t.

In 2024, our program saved 103 homes from foreclosure. By August 2025, we’ve saved 223 homeowners through reinstatement loans — and countless more with free guidance and advice.
